Payment Terms & Conditions

Payment Methods
Payment is required in full upon receipt of invoice, following registration. We accept credit/debit cards. Title II funding recipients must submit a purchase order with their registration; invoice is due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. All emailed invoices will contain a link to our secure payment portal.
No Refunds, Transfers Only
All payments are non-refundable. However, if a registrant is unable to attend, they may transfer their registration to a different session during the summer of 2025 or to another staff member from their organization. Transfer requests must be submitted by June 2, 2025. Transfer fees may apply.
Late Fees
Late fees may apply for overdue invoices. Details will be provided in individual invoice agreements where applicable.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If a charge is disputed with the payment provider, the registrant forfeits their eligibility for a transfer. Additionally, a $50 administrative fee may be charged to cover processing costs associated with the dispute.
Processing Fees
A 5% registration and payment processing fee will be added to the total amount at checkout. Payments utilizing Title II funds are exempt from this fee. No taxes apply.
No-Shows
Participants who do not attend their scheduled session and have not submitted a transfer request by June 2, 2025 will be considered a no-show. In the case of unexpected illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstance, transfers may be allowed on a case-by-case basis, space allowing, with at least 48 hours notice required. Transfer fees may apply. No refunds will be issued. Title II funding recipients remain responsible for the full course fee, regardless of attendance.
Acknowledgement & Agreement
By completing registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, & Indemnification Agreement

Scope of Activities
I acknowledge and agree that the activities offered by S.T.E.M. PROS, LLC (including, but not limited to, hands-on STEM activities, experiments, physical movement, use of equipment, and interactive tasks) may involve risks inherent to such activities, and I voluntarily assume all responsibility for any potential risks or injuries.
Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in S.T.E.M. PROS, LLC activities may involve certain risks, including but not limited to the handling of materials, physical movement, and other interactive tasks. I agree to participate at my own risk and accept full responsibility for any injury or harm that may arise during these activities.
Liability Waiver
I waive and release S.T.E.M. PROS, LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries, damages, losses, or any claims arising from my participation in the activities, whether caused by the negligence of S.T.E.M. PROS, LLC or otherwise.
Medical Emergencies
I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own medical needs and expenses in the event of an injury, and that S.T.E.M. PROS, LLC is not responsible for providing medical care during participation in activities. I agree to assume all responsibility for any medical emergencies that may occur during my participation.
Indemnification Clause
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless S.T.E.M. PROS, LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, damages, or expenses arising out of my participation in the activities, including any claims for personal injury, death, or property damage.
Acknowledgement & Agreement
I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the above terms and conditions of participation in S.T.E.M. PROS, LLC activities. I further understand that checking the box on my registration form confirms my agreement to these terms.
Photo & Video Release Policy
Effective Date: 3/15/2025
By participating in this event/workshop, you grant S.T.E.M. PROS, LLC the right to capture, use, and publish photographs and video recordings of you for the purposes of marketing, promotional materials, social media, website content, and training resources. This release applies to all adult participants and covers media captured during this specific event.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to avoid areas where photography and videography are actively taking place.
Use & Limitations:

Media will be used strictly by S.T.E.M. PROS, LLC and will not be shared with third parties or sponsors.

No compensation will be provided for participation in photos or videos.
-
This release remains valid indefinitely for media captured at this event/workshop.
